While bodybuilding and popular YouTube routines may seem helpful, they are often not specific enough to create the right adaptation in the surrounding joints. For example, while the glute clamshell is a great exercise for post-surgery recovery, it’s not challenging enough for most people to build the hip strength needed to support the lower back or knees. That’s why we use a carefully curated library of exercises designed to get you the best results in the shortest amount of time, customized to your unique needs.
